The services included in every mastering session (also online mastering) are:

Hi-res mastered files
MFiT master (Mastered For iTunes)
DDPi for replication plant.
Total recall of instrumentation at any time even after the end of processing for any modifications or additions.
Back up at 96kHz.it at high resolution on the server.
1 account 96kHz.it for files upload and download.
PQ editing (tracklist, isrc, upc/ean,…)
Instrumental and Half Playback version of all the mastered songs.
Mastering Revisions until satisfaction.
