By choosing to work with 96kHz Mastering Studio, the user/client accepts all terms and conditions presented herein and is obliged to read this webpage in its entirety upon each new visit to the website 96khz.it.

If the user/client refuses to accept these conditions, 96kHz Mastering Studio reserves the right to deny access to its services and the user’s account.

Services
The website 96khz.it offers mastering, mixing (including online services), and audio recording services. The user/client may request a quote and choose to purchase the offered service.

The completion of the work by the studio entails the delivery of at least one PMCD cdr, DDPi, a backup on a storage system chosen by the client, or, for online services, high-resolution files available for download in the user/client’s account.
For a more detailed description of the offered services, please refer to the service pages on the website and the FAQ page.

Approvals (Work Closure)
Once the PMCD or DDPi has been delivered, or the high-resolution file(s) has been uploaded to the user/client’s account for download, the client has 15 days to request any modifications or corrections. After this period, the studio considers the work completed and fully approved by the client. Any further modifications will require a new session, to be quoted in terms of time and cost.

Responsibilities of 96kHz Mastering Studio
The studio assumes no responsibility for usage limitations, profit losses, third-party claims (e.g., copyright, publishing, etc.), or delays in the delivery of work.

For any disputes arising with the user/client, 96kHz Mastering Studio’s liability is limited to the agreed sum.

The studio is not responsible for files uploaded to the server during the upload phase or while stored on the server. Files on the server may be deleted without notice. The studio does not assume any responsibility for network speed performance nor guarantees the continuity of the service.

Responsibilities of the User
The user/client is responsible for properly storing and keeping confidential the password automatically provided by the system. The user may change both their username and password upon first login and will be the only one with access to them. Such information cannot be viewed by 96kHz Mastering Studio.
The password can be reset by the studio upon the user’s request, and a new password will be automatically sent to the user.

96kHz Mastering Studio also accepts no responsibility for damage to your hardware (e.g., hard drives, DVDs, CDs, etc.) provided for the work.

Payment Terms
For standard services, payment must be made upon receipt of the invoice.
